Here are the six classes of food:

3. *Fats and Oils*: Provide energy and help absorb vitamins, found in foods like butter, oil, nuts, and fatty fish.

4. *Vitamins*: Essential for growth, development, and maintaining healthy body functions, found in foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.

5. *Minerals*: Crucial for maintaining healthy body functions, like nerve function, muscle contraction, and bone health, found in foods like dairy products, leafy greens, nuts, and whole grains.

6. *Water*: Essential for hydration, digestion, and body temperature regulation, aiming for at least 8 cups (64 oz) of water per day.
